Contact
Include your app version, device model, operating-system version, and a short description. Never send passport, visa, immigration documents, or payment-card details.
Restore Premium
Open Profile → Restore purchases while signed into the Google Play account used for the original purchase. If billing succeeded but access is missing, restart the app and try restore again.
Cancel a subscription
Open Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Choose Life in the UK Test Prep. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
Reset local study data
Uninstall the app to remove local progress and preferences. On Android, you can also use Settings → Apps → Life in the UK Test Prep → Storage → Clear storage. This does not cancel a subscription.
Delete app data
